Terms and conditions

Prices:
All prices are in Euro and including danish vat of 25%, unless otherwise stated.

Payment: Fashionfifteen accepts payment by Dankort/Visa, Maestro (3D), Visa - Elektron, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, JCB. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account, on dispatch of the goods. Fashionfifteens Webshop encrypts all information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which means, that unauthorized persons will not be able to read your account number or other information during transaction trough PBS. We reserve the right to have the total amount of the order paid by bank transfeer to Sydbank, Denmark. The order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

Delivery charges:

FREE DELIVERY above 99 Euros of purchase. 

Ortherwise 9 Euros for delivery.
Delivery out of Denmark with UPS / GLS. Delivery in Denmark with GLS.

Delivery:
Fashionfifteen will deliver to you within 1-4 weekdays. We take the liberty of sold out goods and delayed delivery time from our suppliers.


Defect Items:
As a customer you have the right to return items with manufacturing defect. Items will be accepted if the goods are sold and delivered with defects that appears, within a period of 2 years. The defect items must be due to material or manufacturing defects. Cancellation and returns: As a costumer you have 14 days to regret your purchase, when purchasing goods by phone or by internet. If you regret your purchase in full, Fashionfifteen Webshop will return the amount of the goods and delivery cost.

Return of goods:

At FashionFifteen.com you have 33 days of return. Items must be returned to the following address: Fashion Fifteen, Niels P Thomsens Vej 3, 7500 Holstebro, Denmark. Please be noted we do not accept parcels returned by cash on delivery (COD). On returning defect items please state clearly the reason, this will enhance the process. The parcel must contain a copy of the invoice/order confirmation. Please always send your package return as a track and trace delivery. Tracking will then be possible and waives any doubt that the parcel has been received by Fashionfifteen.


Any dispute between Fashionfifteen and the customer is subject to Danish law.
